Thread Hunt – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Definition
Thread Concierge is an independent personal shopping service. I am The Thread Concierge. For the €15 Thread Hunt, I provide minimum 3 curated direct links to items on Vinted. I source items. I do not sell these items directly.
2. Acceptance & Turnaround
Submitting a request form is not a confirmation. Turnaround time begins only after I review, accept, and receive the €15 payment. Each request is for one specific item only. Links will be sent to you within a week from payment.
3. Fees & Refunds
The €15 flat fee covers my professional time and expertise. This fee is non-refundable once the search has commenced. This fee does not include the cost of the item, Vinted fees, or postage. No refunds are provided for “change of mind” after links are sent. If I do not send 3 links within the week from payment I will refund the fee.
4. Liability & Vinted
Thread Source is independent of Vinted. Any final purchase is a private transaction strictly between you and Vinted/the seller. I am not responsible for item condition, seller errors, or shipping disputes. I rely on information provided by third-party sellers and cannot guarantee its accuracy.
5. Availability
Links are verified as available when sent. Because unique Vinted finds sell quickly, I cannot guarantee item availability once the links are delivered.
6. Shipping Expectations (Disclaimer)
I do not package, post, or track items. Shipping is handled by Vinted. I am not liable for delays or non-delivery.
