The Basics
What is The Thread Hunt?
It is a personal sourcing service. You fill out the search form for 1 item you want. I navigate the Vinted 'rabbit hole' to find you a minimum of 3 curated direct links that match your style, size, and budget.
What is the cost?
There is a flat €15 service fee per item for my professional time and expertise in filtering the best quality gems.
The Payment & Delivery
When do I pay the service fee?
After I review your request, I will send an acceptance email with a payment link. My search begins once the €15 fee is secured.
Where do I get my links?
Your curated links will be delivered directly to your Email within one week of payment. Links will be sent as they are found and I will alert you when the final link is sent.
Buying on Vinted
How do I buy the items?
Once you receive your links, you purchase the items directly through the Vinted app or website. You are responsible for the final transaction with the seller.
What are the extra costs?
When purchasing on Vinted, you will pay the item price + Vinted Buyer Protection fee + postage. These fees are calculated by Vinted at checkout and are not part of my service fee.

Final Disclaimer
When is the service finished?
The Thread Concierge service is considered complete the moment your curated links are sent. I do not handle the transaction, shipping, or returns. If I fail to deliver 3 links within the 7 day timeframe from which you have completed the payment link then I will reimburse your fee. Because Vinted is a fast-moving marketplace, I recommend purchasing immediately, as I cannot guarantee item availability after the links are delivered.
